Client Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any class, workshop, or event at Sweet Pea Fusion Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Booking & Arrival

• All classes must be booked in advance online or at the front desk.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in.

• Late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Classes may be cancelled up to 1 hour before class with no penalty.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $5 fee per class.

• Unlimited members will be billed automatically.

• Class pack holders may pay the $5 fee or forfeit one class credit.

 

Minimum Class Size

• A minimum of 2 participants is required for a class to run.

• If only one client is registered, the studio may cancel the class and issue a credit or refund, or offer the option to upgrade to a private session for an additional fee.

• Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

 

Memberships & Class Packs

• All memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Expiration dates apply as stated at purchase.

• Unlimited memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• Sweet Pea Fusion Studio reserves the right to update pricing, schedules, or class offerings at any time.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the studio cancels a class, workshop, or event and no alternative is offered.

• Workshop and event deposits are non-refundable.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of a workshop or event.

• All sales are final.

 

Studio Etiquette

• Please silence or turn off phones upon entering the studio.

• Respect personal space and help maintain a calm, welcoming environment.

• Mats and equipment must be wiped down after use.

 

Health & Safety

• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before class.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Communication

• By booking, you consent to receive studio communications including schedule updates and promotions.

• You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
